Fitness is the best thing I've ever done for myself! For years I've known I
should exercise regularly. But always my excuse was there wasn't enough time.
When I saw the advertisement for Faster Fitness promoting fitness in 30 minutes
a day, three times a week, I had to think twice about using my routine excuse.
I
called and made an appointment for my free assessment and was impressed
immediately. There were no hard sell tactics, just a friendly, personal
discussion about my current fitness level and my goals. They seemed genuinely
interested in me and, even better, results were guaranteed! How could I not
give it a try?
Thanks
to my trainer (that's Richard-he's terrific), I feel so much better and it's
been less than two months. I've lost fat and gained lean muscle mass. My
cardiovascular rate has dropped. The support and encouragement I receive can't
be beat.
I
actually look forward to going there and working out. This is definitely a
first for me. And, best of all, since starting this program, I have more
confidence than ever before in all areas of my life. I sleep better, I
feel better, I look better, and my outlook is better!

life. Now I know I can be a player instead of just sitting on the sidelines!
