I have been exercising at various gyms for over 10 years. These gyms are the type in which you pay a monthly or annual fee, and you show up at your own convenience to exercise -while their are many personal trainers employed to help you should you need assistance. I found with each membership that I poured my money into, I was not getting the results I sought, nor was I getting the "promised" professional help from the personal trainers there.

At LifeStyle Dynamics, I can't express enough to Chris McNeil and his staff how wonderful I feel about the program I have been on for 3 months now. For one thing, I enjoy the personalized attention and coaching I get throughout my entire workout, and I am also monitored on my diet and my habits outside of the facility .I feel that I get more out of my membership at LifeStyle Dynamics because of the fact that I have to meet with someone at my appointed time, which motivates me to be there! ! I am getting great results because I do show up and do the work outs (correctly) as I am monitored closely the entire time.

I hold down two positions, one in Medical Sales with Milex Products, Inc. and the other as a radiologic technologist at MUSC-so if I can fit 3 30-minute work outs in my schedule -anyone can do it. It is worth the effort in the long run by cutting down on health costs in my future. I feel I am making a wonderful investment in myself!
