Six feet tall. 145 pounds.

You’re a squirt. A runt. A wuss. You’re the kid that always got picked on in school.

I haven’t just paid for a personal trainer; I’ve bought confidence.

And how can you put a price on confidence? You can’t really.

It is amazing how much better I feel about myself having been at Lifestyle Dynamics. I used to never really care what I put in my body or whether I exercised it. I was thin. What was there to worry about? Thin people are always in good shape. Not so fast, thin boy. I couldn’t have been farther from the truth.

But I tried Lifestyle Dynamics and it opened my eyes.

I improved so drastically at first that I thought to myself, “How can I possibly quit now?”

Almost six months later, I can honestly say I am becoming happy with my body. Now I’m no Mike Lally (ha, ha), but I sure have made big improvements. I can’t imagine a better place to go than Lifestyle Dynamics. It has been one of the best things I have ever done in my life (even counting my three-month affair with the Queen of England).
